The Pennsylvania Child Support Program Manual (CSPM) is an online document containing details of policies and practices used across the state. The CSPM also contains references and links to all the regulations and statutes pertaining to the child support enforcement (CSE) process in Pennsylvania.
To open the CSPM from the Learning Management System (LMS), click the CSPM link in the Recommendations menu on the dashboard. The CSPM opens in a new window.
Prior to using the CSPM, read Chapter 1: Introduction, which explains the various features and functionality of the CSPM.
