The following guidelines have been established to ensure we have the most productive, engaging and enjoyable experience possible.
Pre-Meeting
- Please join the meeting five minutes prior to the start time to ensure you are able to connect.
- Contact the PACSETI Helpdesk at 855-227-6750 if you are unable to connect.
During the Meeting
- Use of video is preferred. Please be aware of your surroundings. Before the meeting, go to your camera setting to view how others will see you in the meeting.
- Mute your microphone or telephone when you’re not talking. This will help eliminate any feedback or background noise that can be heard in your environment.
- Raise your hand to let people know you want to contribute without interrupting the conversation.
- Use chat to post a question for the presenter or the group without disrupting the flow of the meeting.
